We've secured support from Rightmove to keep canals alive

We're delighted to announce a new partnership with Rightmove as part of the UK’s largest property platform’s sustainability initiative, Go Greener.

Rightmove is pledging £50,000 to support our Environmental Fund which supports environmental projects to protect and enhance its navigable waterways across England and Wales, ensuring cleaner, greener spaces for people and nature. As part of the partnership, Rightmove employees will also be active in their communities by volunteering their time to help make the Trust’s work possible.

An exciting partnership

Maggie Gardner, our fundraising director, comments: “We’re excited to partner with Rightmove, whose sustainability strategy aligns with our vision of living waterways that transform places and enrich lives. Nine million people live within a 15-minute walk of a canal, and working with Rightmove will help us make a real impact on nature and local communities near where people live.”
